Top 5 Tools Apps in Ukraine Q1 2025: Unified Platform Performance

In the first quarter of 2025, the top tools apps in Ukraine demonstrated varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis, based on Sensor Tower data, provides a closer look at the trends.

My Vodafone UA Mobile operator saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, starting at around 58K and ending the quarter at approximately 31K. The app maintained a robust active user base, fluctuating between 2.9M and 3.5M users throughout the quarter.

VPN Proxy Master - Safer Vpn experienced a slight decline in weekly downloads from 43K to 23K. Revenue peaked at $17K in late February, while active users showed a significant rise, peaking at 461K in January.

For the QR & Barcode Scanner, weekly downloads decreased from 29K to 22K. Active users were relatively stable, with numbers ranging from 983K to 1.2M.
